Building Energy 2001 Conference, March 22-24 in Boston, MA
Hosted by Tufts University and organized by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, the two-day conference will focus on residential and commercial green building, products and services, policies and outreach, solar technology and applications. Early registration deadline is February 21, 2001.

Russian Import Tariff Rate Changes
Effective January 1, 2001, the new import tariff structure standardizes and unifies Russian customs tariffs and lowers the maximum tariff rate ceiling by 10 percent. For more information you may also visit the Russian State Customs Committee online at www.gtk.ru.

International Civil Engineering Conference
Co-sponsored by the American Society of Civil Engineers, the 2nd International Civil Engineering Conference in the Asian Region will take place April 16 – 20, 2001 in Tokyo. Conference attendees may choose one of three tracks—Construction and Management; Sustainable Development; and Infrastructure and Information Technologies.

Conference on Environment & Infrastructure Business Opportunities in Latin America
This seminar will focus on procurement and contracting opportunities with the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the North American Development Bank, with particular emphasis on environmental projects in Mexico and Latin America.
